David P. Dewick

David P. Dewick has extensive experience advising his clients on a wide range of complex business and real estate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, restructurings, formation and capitalization of business entities, buy/sell agreements, strategic planning, commercial and residential real estate sales, development and leasing, condominium formation and conversion, banking and financial transactions and general counsel matters. Dave also serves on Advisory Boards for several clients.
Dave received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1991 and his law degree, with honors, from Washburn University School of Law in 1996. Dave is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. His professional affiliations include the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Brown County Bar Association.
A native of Green Bay, Dave is an active member of the community. His current and past community involvement include being a board or committee member for Great Lakes Asset Corp., The Volunteer Center, Green Bay West Rotary Club and Ducks Unlimited; an advisor to non-profit foundations; a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod’s Constitution Committee; and participation in the Greater Green Bay Chamber Leadership Green Bay Program.
